Mr. Aamir H. Shirazi
Chairman
Mr. Aamir H. Shirazi is the President of Atlas Group. He graduated from Claremont Mckenna College, California and attended the OPM from Harvard Business School. He has over 35 years of corporate management experience. He has to his credit, work experience in Honda America, besides working at various positions in Atlas Group, including serving as the Chief Executive of Atlas Honda Limited for over eleven years.
He is currently Chairman of Honda Atlas Cars, Atlas Honda and Atlas Engineering (Private) Limited. He also serves on the Boards of Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited (Group’s Holding Company), Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited and Murree Brewery Company Limited.
He is a member of the Board of Governors, Lahore University of Management Science and member Syndicate, University of Engineering & Technology. He was also appointed as professional director on the Board of Lahore Stock Exchange for two consecutive terms by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
He has been serving as the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Lahore, since 2002 and is the Patron-in-Chief, Pakistan Japan Cultural Association, Lahore.
Mr. Saquib H. Shirazi
Director
Mr. Saquib Shirazi is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda Limited. He is also the Senior Advisor and Director on the Board of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited.
In the past, he has served as Chairman, Pakistan Business Council (PBC), Chairman, Pakistan Auto Manufacturers’ Association (PAMA) as well as Chairman, Harvard Business School’s Global Alumni Board. He is currently an advisor to British International Investment (BII), the National School of Public Policy and Prime Minister’s Economic Council.
He graduated from the Wharton School of Finance and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Frahim Ali Khan
Director
Mr. Frahim Ali Khan is a Law graduate from Karachi University. He has also attended Senior Managers’ Program at Harvard University, USA, Financial Management Program at Stanford University, USA and Board of Director’s Program at Insead University, France.
He has over 50 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Investment and Taxation. He joined the Atlas Group in 1967 and has served in different positions. Currently his other directorship includes Atlas Power Limited, Atlas Solar Limited (formerly Zhenfa Pakistan), Atlas Energy (Private) Ltd, Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Engineering (Private) Limited, Atlas Metal (Private) Limited, Shirazi Trading (Private) Limited and Atlas Foundation.
Earlier, he has also served on the boards of Atlas Honda Limited, Atlas Battery Limited and Atlas Bank Limited (former) and has been CEO of Shirazi Investments (Pvt.) Limited, Shirazi Trading Company (Private) Limited, Atlas Asset Management Limited and Atlas Investment Bank Limited (former).
Mr. Suhail Ahmed
Director & CEO
Mr. Suhail Ahmed is the Group Director Auto Parts of Atlas Group and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Engineering (Pvt.) Limited. He obtained Masters degree in Economics and thereafter obtained a degree in Law from University of Karachi. He also attended various courses including Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, USA. He has 45 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Investment and Taxation. Currently, his other directorships include Atlas Services Limited, Atlas DID (Pvt.) Limited. He is also a member of Group Executive Committee.
Mr. Sadaqat Ali
Director
Mr. Sadaqat Ali has been affiliated with the Company since 2005. He was associated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company till 2009. In 2010 he was elevated as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. After serving for 15 years he retired from the position of Chief Executive Officer in May 2024. He is currently serving on the Board as a Director of the Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He also holds Bachelor degree in Law. He has also completed an Advance Management course from Insead France. He is a Certified Director from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He obtained his Diploma in Islamic Banking from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
