Atlas Autos (Private) Limited has merged with and into Atlas Engineering (Private) Limited, under Sections 279 to 283 and 285 of the Companies Act, 2017 (‘‘Act’’), pursuant to the order issued by the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi on October 25, 2024.

Pakistan’s Independence day was celebrated at AIP, the event was marked with great enthusiasm featuring the flag hoisting and cake cutting ceremony.
At AIP, HR department organized a free medical camp and voluntarily blood donation drive as part of its ongoing commitment to employee well-being on 12th& 13th August,2024. The camp aimed to provide comprehensive health check-ups and promote preventive healthcare, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of all staff members. The initiative was open to all employees, with a focus on fostering a healthy and supportive work environment. The camp featured a range of health services, including general medical consultations, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, and other free lab testing. A team of qualified doctors and healthcare professionals conducted the check-ups, offering personalized advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
A tree plantation drive was organized on 5th June 2024 aimed at reducing the carbon footprint as part of its World Environment Day celebrations. The senior management actively participated in planting native trees, which play a vital role in absorbing carbon dioxide and promoting cleaner air. This initiative not only enhanced green spaces but also highlighted the importance of trees in mitigating climate change. The event emphasized collective action to reduce carbon emissions and foster a sustainable environment.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a secure and empowering environment, Safety Riding Training Program was organized by the HR department in collaboration with Safety Department of Atlas Honda Ltd., with a special focus on equipping our female staff with the skills and confidence to navigate the roads safely on motorcycles. The training was conducted from 19th to 22nd Aug 2024.
The training started with classroom-based theory sessions where participants learned Road Safety Basics, importance of protective gear, Motorcycle Handling Techniques, how to avoid accidents, handle difficult weather conditions, and perform basic motorcycle maintenance. The next phase included simulation training that provided the participants a Virtual Riding Environment. The final stage of training involved practical riding experience.
International Day of Differently Abled Associates was celebrated on December 04th, 2024 with an aim to increase understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of individuals with disabilities. It also highlights the benefits of integrating disabled persons into all aspects of political, social, economic, and cultural life.
This special day celebration served as a reminder of the importance of accessibility and equal opportunities for all, regardless of physical or cognitive abilities. We recognize the immense value that differently abled individuals bring to our organization and are committed to fostering an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion .The emphasis was on the need for continued efforts to create an inclusive and equitable work place where every individual can thrive.
To honor and embrace Diversity & Inclusion, the “International Women’s Day” was celebrated at AIP on Friday 8th March,2024 aimed to recognize the achievements and contributions of women within the organization. This year’s theme, “Empowering Women, Inspiring Change,” was focused on promoting gender equality and fostering an inclusive work environment.
